Matt's and Ryan's first Christmas! Scary!!

 Ryan had another playdate this past Friday with his friend Atticus! It is so fun to see them play together! Ryan was watching Atticus the whole time and loved playing with his toys!

I can't believe Ryan is going to be 1 so soon! I've already had one breakdown about it and I feel another one coming on REAL SOON...
I'm pretty much panicking about his party! Guess what the theme is??

I've gotten a lot done already and I'm loving how it's coming out! I can't wait for his big day! But until then... I'm stressing the heck out!!

Diet Diary: Just Keep Running...

I really don't have much to report except that I'm still running! Also, I have started taking Ryan on walks on the weekend and he loves it! We go for about an hour and he loves being outside! It makes it fun to get active!
It was so warm this past weekend that I pulled out all my short and I forgot I had this cute tennis skirt! I ran in it Friday!

 I also got this new headband for when I run! I love it so much! It says "I run so I can eat!"

I went to F21 this weekend and got some great stuff! I haven't gone in the store in a long time so it was great to try on clothes about 3-4 sizes smaller than this past summer! I was happy to find some great stuff!

Don't Freak Out But...

I'VE BEEN COOKING THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!
If you know me, then you know that I don't cook. No seriously. I just don't. I just don't enjoy it! But, I know that Matt loves it when I do so I'm trying to get better about making dinner! So, this past weekend I made my mother-in-law's Chicken In A Biscuit recipe which is Matt's favorite! Thankfully it came out just like hers and Matt loved it!
I took pictures of it but I can't find them! But, here's Matt eating them! He was joking- he loved them!

 Monday I made chicken spaghetti AND a dessert! I was on a roll!! Here's the chicken spaghetti after we had already dug in!!

And here's the dessert called Banoffee "Danger" Pie and OMG it was divine!! Matt loved it too!

Pour the toffee on top! Forgot to take a picture of that step! Toffee is made by boiling a can of  sweetened condensed milk for 2 1/2 hours!

grate a little chocolate and chill for a few hours! It is SOOO good!!

I also made a Taco Bake last night but sorry no pic! It was delicious as well! Now we have tons of leftovers!

Ryan and I went on an hour long walk on Saturday! He loved it!

Ryan went for his 9 month checkup last week and his doctor said that he really needs to start crawling and pulling up or else he'll have to go to a physical therapist! So we've really been working with him a lot! He can scoot backwards, just not forwards yet! We're working on it!

This weekend was very busy! I helped coordinate a friend's wedding at our church! It was a lot of fun! 

After the wedding all 3 of us crashed and didn't move for the rest of the day! It was so nice to relax and lay around! We took a nap then ordered takeout for dinner! I love those Saturdays!!

 Sunday, Matt and I went to the shooting range! He got a new gun and was dying to shoot and I wanted him to teach me to shoot! It was so much fun! I was nervous about shooting his big gun at first, but I warmed up to it! I now know how to load and shoot his 22 rifle. Heaven forbid I ever have to use, but I'll sure know how!!

Diet Diary: HUGE Weigh In!

I hit my 50 lb. mark this past weekend and it feels great! I literally can't believe I've lost that much! Here is a before and after picture!
