Prom!

Kirby had his 1st prom tonight! I had to embarrass him a little and get some pictures! He and his date looked so nice!!
Oh yea- and I went back to being a brunette. The roots were too much up keep! Haha!! I like it a lot!

Weekend

This past weekend Matt and I went to the Weekend to Remember marriage conference. It was a lot of fun. Mostly we just enjoyed being together- alone! It was nice to talk about our relationship and have time together... sorry no pictures :)

CrAzY dAy

Today has been just a TAD crazy! I don't like days like that!

I had to go to Wal-Mart... the dreaded Wal-Mart!! I HATE grocery shopping!!!!! So- I figured if I went on my lunch hour that it wouldn't be so bad and I would get it over with faster! Oh no- it was just as bad! Besides the fact that everyone and their dog was there and I had to get a cart full of groceries! I was a little late to work considering I had to go home and unload the frozen foods :(

When I got home (to just run in with the food) the dogs, of course, we running around crazy wanting to go out. So I take Sadie out... when I come back in to get Bella and take her to work with me (yes, I take my puppy to work with me and it's awesome!) she has peed on the floor!! Ugh!!! I guess she was mad that I left her and she had to go! Haha... she still got a spanking :) This is parenting in training people!

This is sad- but I'm really looking forward to doing absolutely nothing tonight!!

Tomorrow night things start to get crazy again- we are going to the Weekend to Remember marriage conference here in town. We are pretty excited about it- more ready to see what all the hype is about! Everyone says that their so good! I'll let you know!

<3 Golf <3

Golf was SO much fun last night! I loved it!

Matt said that I did better than he thought I would (I guess that's a compliment?!). My wrists were a little sore but that's all. Matt said that my longest hit was probably 100 yards? That's pretty good for my first time!

We're gonna try and go back again on Sunday. We are going to the Weekend to Remember conference this weekend! Hopefully we can work in some more golf in there!

My Day Off!

Yesterday I had the day off because I had to work on Good Friday! It was a good day- except that it had to be used to get all my errands done! We got our carpets cleaned! Ahh! They look TONS better! The guy said he gave us free spot and odor treatment haha! They must have been bad! I also did a little running around for MK. Overall it was a good day off- I got to sleep in a little as well!

Tonight I'm going to the driving range with Matt. Yes, I know. He's died and gone to heaven! Matt is a golf FREAK! He is so happy! He's been wanting me to play with him forever! The only problem is that I'm left handed! So, I can't borrow his clubs and we don't want to buy me any until we know that I love it and will want to play!! Things can't be simple with us :)

Last night he taught me the basics of a golf swing- it's so much harder than it looks! We'll see how this goes...

Tonight we cooked out and enjoyed the beautiful weather with Matt's family. Then went bowling!

My Red Jacket Party!

Last night was my Red Jacket Party at my weekly Mary Kay meeting! I felt so honored!
Everything has happened so fast and I really can't believe that I'm going as far as I am! Mary Kay has truly been a blessing to me! It has truly bettered me as a person!!

So of course I just had to Matt and I in there. Turns out we're gonna be having really ugly kids! Haha!

My Debut

Today was my Mary Kay Debut party! A friend of mine sells Pampered Chef and she went in with me! It went great!

Star Team Builder

Yesterday I recruited another friend to sell Mary Kay! This is an exciting step for me because I am now "Star Team Builder"! This means that I am now eligible to wear the "red jacket" (a big deal haha)!

Next Tuesday I will be pinned with my "Star Team Builder" pin and will be honored for getting my red jacket! I am very excited- I've been in Mary Kay for about 6 weeks! It's all happening so fast!
