Church Painting
This week I did a painting at our church. We have opened a cafe' area and called it "Overflowing Cup Cafe'" and I was asked to paint that over the entrance of it! I thought it was going to take me a few sittings but it ended up only taking 4 hours! I was really tired after I did it but I am very pleased with the outcome!with love,

Valentine's Day Weekend!
Well, yesterday Matt and I celebrated our 6th Valentine's Day together! Our 2nd one as husband and wife! He got me some beautiful pink roses and then we went to eat at RiverFront Steakhouse with some family and played some pool after!
I am so incredibly blessed to be married to such an amazing man! He is so wonderful to me and I don't deserve him!!

Snowy Days!!
This week we've gotten about 6 inches of snow! It is so beautiful and it has been so great to be off work for 3 extra days!! Today is the first day I've been back to work!! Let me back up...
Sunday was the Superbowl and we had all of Matt's fam over! We had a lot of food and it was very fun! There's a pic of me and Aidan somewhere down there!
Monday was when the blizzard started! Matt was suspose to go to Orlando for business but his flight was cancelled! I went to work a few hours only to return home around 11am in the middle of it all! I was home all day Tuesday and Wednesday and it was great! I decided to use my time wisely and paint our master bathroom! There is a pic of the final project below! I love how it turned out! It perfectly matches our comforter!
Wednesday I kept my neice and nephew for a few house at my house! We played Wii, ate snacks and watched a movie! I love spending time with them! They have 2 dogs but for some reason Aidan thought it would be so fun to feed and take out our dogs haha! So, there's a pic of his outside with Bella! Notice the melting snow :(
Basically, Matt and I have just been bums for the past 3 days and loving it! The dogs have been lazy as well! I included a few pics of the dogs asleep! Bella is curled up like a cat and Sadie is helping herself to Matt's recliner! They're so spoiled!
The snow hasn't even melted and they are calling for more snow tonight! Maybe we'll be snowed in again and won't have to go to work! Sounds good to me!

Winter Formal
Last weekend Kirby and Emma had their school winter formal! It was Emma's first formal dance and Kirby's last (besides prom)! It was a sad night but so much fun! I did Emma's hair and makeup! She looked so gorgeous!! We had so much together getting her ready! At first she didn't trust me but by the time I was done I think I gained her trust :)
It was so funny because it took hours for me to get Emma ready but it only took Kirby about 30 minutes! The only getting ready I saw of him was him running around the house looking for his socks and his hair gel! He was ready so fast and it was no big deal haha!
We went to his date's house to get pictures with all his friends. They all looks so handsome!

Recently
I feel like I haven't posted in forever!
To catch you up to speed...
Last week we painted and revamped the guest bathroom! It was an awful mustard color and now it's a beautiful green! New fixtures, shower curtain and little decor has really spiced it up! It is so much more homey and "us"!
This week we have both been sick! Matt only had it for a few days but my cold has last all week! I am hoping it'll be gone before the weekend! We have big weekend plans that can't be spoiled by a cold!
Kirby and Emma have their semi-formal dance this weekend! Emma asked me to do her hair and make-up and I can't wait to share that special time with her and help her get ready!
