Thanksgiving '09

OK so sorry this is gonna be a long one!! Let me start from the beginning...

We finished moving in Tuesday night but I forgot one very funny pic!! This is Sharon "helping" us move in! She found my dreadlock wig!! So funny!! No worries- we've given her a hard time about it!!
Wednesday morning bright and early we headed to Meridian!! We made good time and got to spend the afternoon and night with the Mayer's and have our Thanksgiving dinner with them!


This is Michelle's puppy Sophie! She's precious!



The next day we spent all day with the White/Boucher/Wheeler/Kueven/Stephenson family!!! Here's a few pics of Thanksgiving Day! (I have to say I did an AWFUL job of taking enough pics!!)

Razorbacks and Moving!!

Saturday we went to the Razorback game and tailgated all day!! Family and friends!!

So- we got to start moving in last night! We were so happy! About 7pm we got in and started unpacking! We got all the boxes done! Today we got the carpets cleaned and Ma cleaned out the kitchen and fridge for us! Tonight we'll do all the furniture! So fun!
OK I have to tell this hilarious story of Emma! We were walking through the house and opened the closet and saw something on the top shelf of the closet. I stuck my hand up there to get this piece of trash down and it was a safety pin and tag from the cleaners! Ma says, "OMG there's a ton up there! I can see a lot more!" So Emma gets on a chair and puts them all in the trash- there were like 200 of these little tags! Here she is with the trashcan a quarter full with just cleaner tags!! Some people can't throw their stuff away haha!!

Here we are unpacking the boxes!! All sweaty!! My favorite quote of the night was by Matt: "I'm sweating so bad it's coming outta my beard!!" Haha!! Gross!!

We are HOMEOWNERS!!!!!

Matt and I just closed on OUR house!!!! We are now homeowners! It's so crazy to think about! I really can't believe that we're here and the house is ours!! We are very excited!!

Pep Rally, Senior Night and a Wedding!

This weekend was busy! I went to the LRCA Pep Rally on Friday afternoon to see Kirby play during a Pep Rally for the last time!!! Here's me and Emma!

Then we went to Senior Night at our last football game of the season (besides playoffs!). This was Kirby's LAST time to march with the band at an LRCA game!!! So sad!!! Here we are together and then with my parents. You know we had to embarrass him a little bit!!

Me and Em!! We had camera duty! Parents were on the field with Kirby while they announced him! Me and Em were ready with 2 camera and 2 video cameras! No worries- we got every second!! Haha!

Saturday night Matt and I went to a wedding for some of our friends. Matt works with groom. Here I am with the beautiful bride, Lindsay!

Us! (Side note: Matt grows out his beard every deer hunting season... he says it keeps his face warm! I guess it's a guy thing!!)

I love him so much! We have so much fun together! Very fun night!! Their reception was at the same country club that ours was at! That was the first time we'd been back since!
