Mom's Birthday, Baby Shower and Playing Outside!

 We've been so busy lately! Lots of running around but it's been great! Mom's birthday was last Tuesday! We went to eat, open presents and eat cake! Ryan and I took her class donuts on Thursday for a fun surprise!

 Wednesday we ate lunch at Panera with some family and Ryan took to this little reading corner! He grabbed  the paper and acted like he was reading! He's a nut! And thank heavens he loves to read! Hopefully that sticks!

 Friday we visited Mimi at work! Ryan had to send a few emails and give Boz a hug!

 Friday after eating out we did a little shopping! Matt found this *great* coat at Belk!! Doesn't he looks so handsome?!

 It felt SO good outside this whole weekend so we spent a lot of time outside letting Ryan play! He loved it! He played golf and baseball til he was worn out!! It was so relaxing!

 Saturday night we had a couple's shower for Emily and Taylor who will be welcoming Miss Scarlett Lee is late June! It was such a cute shower and we are so happy for them!

This will be another busy week, but a fun one! Mom and I are visiting my aunt in Florida this weekend for a little getaway and a chance to see her and her family! It's almost been 2 years since we've seen them (and a lot longer than that since we've visited them in FL) so we're very excited! I'm a little nervous about leaving Ryan for 4 days but I hope that my aunt will keep us busy shopping and eating :)
I have a feeling we're going to come back exhausted and full!!

Gender Reveal Party!

 It's a... BOY!!! Merritt Jones will join us in August! (hopefully before then!)

We are so excited! I was really hoping for another boy and I'm so excited to officially be a boy mom!! I love it! I wasn't quite ready for a girl yet :)

Snow Days

first time at the driving range!

 Here's a picture of Ryan at the golf course a couple of weekends ago and then we got the cold again! We've been iced in the for the past 2 1/2 days and we're back to work today! I like being snowed in but there gets to be a time when it's time to get out of the house!

BFF

 Ryan and I went on a donut date last week and he loved it! It was also very messy! I don't think I'll be taking that trip by myself again!

 Ryan got into my purse a few days again and found my lipstick and decided to eat it!! Lovely!! I'll show this to your future girlfriends and tell them you like to wear lipstick:)

 We were supposed to go to the doctor this past Monday and find out the gender of the baby!! But NO!!! It had to snow and ice so the office was closed!!! I was so upset!!! Appointment has been rescheduled to next Monday and it better happen this time!!

 Matt's latest addition to Ryan's room! Ryan keeps saying "tweet! tweet!" and I keep reminding him that they're ducks not birdies!
