Diet Diary: Update

I haven't posted a Diet Diary in a few weeks. Mostly, because there's not been much to tell! I've continued to workout 3-4 times a week and since I last updated I've lost 2 more pounds! Which puts me at exactly 45 lbs. lost since having Ryan! Yay!

on the elliptical this past tuesday because it was so cold outside!

finally got some new running shoes and i love them! 

the whole fam got active on sunday and went for a walk!
 I ran 3 times last week and did the elliptical once! I'm also getting my mile time down each time I run! I started at 13:16 and Saturday it was 10:57! I'm using the Nike+Running app on my phone and I love it! It tracks your distance, speed and calories!
